During the 2011-2012 legislative session, a bill was introduced in the Minnesota Legislature that would make it a crime to videotape and to possess and show footage shot inside puppy and kitten mills and factory farms in Minnesota. Though the bill failed to progress during the 2011-2012 biennium, similar bills have been repeatedly brought back year after year at state legislatures around the country. More information is available here. Continued vigilance is important. If you have not yet, please sign the petition below to express your opposition to ‘ag-gag’ legislation in Minnesota.

Minnesota lawmakers: Please keep humane undercover investigations legal at animal facilities, like industrial farms and puppy mills, in Minnesota. Thank you.
