On November 3, 2011, we held our second annual Fall Party- what a great success!
Animal advocates from around Minnesota (special thanks to those who drove in from St. Cloud!) gathered at Joan of Art Gallery in Minneapolis to enjoy food, wine, specialty desserts, live music by Sole on Fire, a silent auction, and to meet our special guest for the evening, Michael Markarian, executive vice president of the Humane Society of the United States and president of the Humane Society Legislative Fund. Also in attendance were State Senator Barb Goodwin, State Senator Scott Dibble, State Representative Carolyn Laine, and Minneapolis City Council Members Sandy Colvin Roy, Cam Gordon, and Gary Schiff. Thanks to all who came and made the evening fun!
