On November 2, 2010, all seats in the Minnesota Legislature and that of the governor were up for election.
Minnesota Voters for Animal Protection surveyed and endorsed candidates in numerous races. We also provided grassroots support to the winning campaign of Senator Barb Goodwin, helping to replace one of the most outspoken opponents of animal protection in the legislature (Sen. Chaudhary) with a legislator (Sen Goodwin) committed to animal-friendly legislation.
